Damaged or Defective Blinds
Upon receipt of your order, open it immediately and inspect it for manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If you find it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email, describing the type damage or defect. Please include the phone number where you can be contacted.
If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization number and a shipping address to return the products to. Returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number for an exchange to occur. IMPORTANT: Save your packing materials until you have determined there will be no need to make a return.
Custom Made Blinds
The blinds you order are custom made to your exact measurements and choices. Because they are made specifically for you, they are not returnable. That's why we encourage you to measure carefully and double check your measurements.
If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, we will do everything we can to help rectify the situation. Please contact us via email as soon as possible. Depending on what the error is, we may be able to have the blind reduced in size. If it has to be remade, we will have it done at a discounted price. We want to help you have a good experience with your Blind Barn purchase, even when you make a mistake. Shipping charges for remakes are the responsibility of the customer.
