Determining Suitability

In all instances, the Blind Barn makes every effort to provide accurate and complete descriptions of products, and to provide assistance with measuring, selection and ordering. Color swatches are provided on-screen for all products. Because computer monitors vary in their appearance, actual results may vary from what you see on the screen. As a result, all information, descriptions, photographs and color swatches are provided "as is", and you as purchaser agree that you will determine that all measurements are correct, the product and color choice are correct for your needs with no representation of suitability being made by the Blind Barn. Since your blinds or shades will be custom made, images are shown for representational purposes only. While Blind Barn tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Pricing

Blind Barn makes every effort to display correct pricing for all products and options. In the event a product price or option price listed on our website is innaccurate due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Blind Barn shall, at its sole discretion, have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
